Status: nom. inval. Duchesne treated this taxon as: F. race chiloensis (not as a species).
Remarks
According to M.Guédès (Taxon 30: 299. 1981), Duchesne treated all strawberries as belonging to a single species and coined binomials to refer to what he called constant races (comme race principale).
