In Britton's 1901 work, Rydberg revised the treatment of Ranunculaceae (vide p. 411, footnote); Britton acknowledged Small for assistance (vide preface iv), but did not ascribe the validating description to Small (cf. Vienna Code Art. 46.2, 46.4).
